Description

Taking mindfulness to the next level with deep pause and presence in comfort and discomfort.

  • Do you find yourself dissociating while meditating?
  • Do you have trouble stepping out of the discomfort spiral when triggered?
  • Do you want to discover your body better? Its preferences and peace? What are its boundaries?
  • Do you want to feel more comfortable in your own skin?

If you answered yes to these questions, this exercise is for you. I have developed this practice over many years of healing my trauma. When I was in the depths of despair and dissociation, my body was both the answer and the cause of my symptoms. I did not know how to discern where to go to build my peace and where to go to heal my wounds. With much practice in surrendering to my body by putting my mind on the back burner, I came up with a practice that helped increase my resilience, sense of grounding, and ability to be present with myself and my environment.

Step 1 – Proper Pause

Step 2 – Real Presence

Step 3 – Bridging our environment and body

Step 4 – Bringing peace to our discomfort
