All the stuff we want to say but require a private space to say it.
As survivors of abuse and a patriarchal world hell-bent on keeping women subjugated, our membership is a place where women can read information without shame or judgment. If you are interested in topics without trolling comments from the internet, welcome. I share the dark and gritty here, as well as the powerful knowledge the world wants to take down.
Three options are provided based on your place in your journey. If you are just starting, I recommend Inspiration to build momentum. If you are in the midst of it and want to build, Alchemation is a great addition to your practice. If you are in need of assistance from me, Laura Rose, to help flesh out the details and provide clarity on struggles, Divination is personal coaching to help get you there.

Inspiration
Sacred Stories of Healing From Harm
Inspiring stories from women healing from trauma and abuse. Bringing light to the darkness is a sacred journey, so all writings and videos shared remain in private membership to ensure the safety of the authors.

Alchemation
The Practice of Healing From Harm
Here we alchemize trauma into triumph with a matriarchal viewpoint – wholeness, natural wisdom, innate female power, and modern psycho-somatic-spiritual tools. Build your library of resources for when you feel lost and alone and to use in between your professional therapy sessions.

Divination
Personal Coaching
One-to-one coaching. Receive personal support and programs for your specific needs. I call this divination, as I believe there is nothing more profound and powerful than diving deep into the darkness with a trusted source to recreate life again. Texts, calls, Zoom, and prescribed practices are included. This is not therapy. It is meant to be in addition to therapy or acquiring extra support for your solo journey.
Matriarchal Healing
- The “dark” side, where ladies learn to become lionesses.
- The trauma tips shunned by conventional therapy.
- The raw and real healing without pathologizing.
Healing From Harm offers matriarchal healing. We share it through our stories, programs, and coaching.
This approach blends the current knowledge of trauma practices with Mother Nature’s wisdom. Psychology and therapy were built on patriarchal foundations and have severe flaws when it comes to helping women. While there are valuable tools and education, much is kept under the guise of pathology, self-improvement, victim-blaming, helping the predator heal, and playing by social rules and customs not fit for raw and real living.
You have likely seen it:
- Programs for narcissistic people to help them
- Theories that everyone is good at their core and bad parts are always solvable
- Self is an omnipotent life force capable of handling all our wounds
- No matter what, we must follow the laws of the land that honour the predator and forsake the victim
- Rage must be consciously used
- Everyone is capable of change
- Mind over matter
- Self-improvement over environmental change (social, political, climate, etc)
- Men are divine masculine, and women are divine feminine
- Light and Love, positive thinking
- CBT for somatic healing
- Religious acceptance
- Dissociation and trauma masked as neurodivergence
- Pathology becomes identity
- The body never lies, but you can be born the wrong sex – TQ theory
- Complete dismissal of the one true being that keeps us alive every time we breathe, eat, and shelter – Mother Nature
While every modality has benefits, most are unaware of the lack of the intrinsic nature of humanity as animals on Mother Earth. Psychology has become so left-brained in its analysis that even somatic, right-brained approaches leave out necessary education.
Matriarchal Healing fills in those gaps, using Mother Nature as our guide, to assist the valuable therapies in becoming as instinctual as the plants and creatures we share our earth with. Much of the writing shared is about Laura’s journey into these gaps because she could not find a solution in conventional, patriarchal teachings. Instead, she learned from the women writing stories of shadows and darkness while observing Mother Nature in the world and within her, telling her what she needed to hear.
All women share this gift. Our memberships share this with you.
Leaving Abuse
Leaving abuse is the most challenging time in a woman’s life and needs to be done carefully and privately.
There are two main steps to leaving abuse: healing enough of yourself to be strong enough to go, and healing the trauma once you have gone. There is also the step of gathering support and resources to plan your escape. Healing from Harm helps women find their way.
Laura has spent many years talking with women in abusive relationships. For some, it is their family and culture; for others, it is their partners. For almost all, the former feeds the latter. The common story is a loss of self, to the point of existential dread, because they were moulded for others’ purposes. Misogyny is always at the core, even from mothers who wounded them, because our patriarchal world poisons us at every level.
The common goal is to regain independence, identity, and undo illness. Our membership gives women a private space to rebuild.
