I had a dream last night that I was back in the 90’s, before I met him, and I had a chance to restart my life again. Now I near 50 and have found that fire to do so.

Patriarchy leaves an imprint on abuse and trauma, complicating the healing process. Matriarchal healing is the combination of trauma-informed methods and Mother Nature’s laws of living to restore our instinctual balance between protection and nurturing, attachment and authenticity.
