Return to you after trauma. Underneath all the harm is your rooted and strong center, just like a large oak tree. This place gets trapped like a park in a war zone. Removing the rubble, one by one, and nourishing the ground brings the park back to life. The same applies to our bodies.

This personal coaching program will create spaces of safety, belonging, and trust in yourself. We will communicate in whatever form you are most comfortable with, from texting to in-person coaching. We will also approach your most intense situations together to help you through them.

Too often, we find ourselves lost in trauma. We have come across people who just don’t understand the depth of depravity that is done or how much suffering we are in. There are too many methods and too little work on the wounds that hide who we are. We scramble for survival, and our nervous systems can’t settle.

I have found three key ingredients in working with severe trauma: someone who gets it, who isn’t scared of it, and who can guide me safely to my innate wisdom.

The body knows how to heal itself. A good guide will help you learn how to discover it. Trauma confuses our instincts and intuition and often misleads both the survivor and guide in safe ways forward. This comes from a lack of experience dealing with dissociation, the nervous system being ruptured, and the immense feelings of loss, terror, and rage.

Mother Nature also knows how to heal. Understanding how she works helps us understand how we work. Her primal drives of survival and homeostasis of peace are coded in us.

I am not a therapist. I am a guide who has been where you have been. Perhaps our circumstances are different, but our deep wounds of dysfunction are the same. I have come from a place of torture towards wholeness. I am your guide while helping you discover what your innate wisdom tells you how to recover.

I have experience with women in abusive situations. I understand the mechanisms of covert abuse and how they create mental health disasters. Leaving this and returning to your lost sense of self is done best when someone can say, “I get it.”

We will install the roots of care so that you can take charge of your healing and know instinctively what to do. Education of trauma and a place to let go and rest are waiting for you.

Unlimited texts to check in and chat. Because trauma doesn’t occur on a schedule, I offer unlimited texting to check in and chat between sessions. This helps you stay regulated and is not offered by many programs and therapists.
