I’ve spent a lot of time in thought lately; coming to terms with abuse and healing. What it all means for me and this behaviour at large. I think I’ve found an answer.
I help women reclaim their power after abuse and trauma.
CPTSD in women is under-recognized, while the harm we deal with is overbearing. Healing requires a return to our innate wisdom and power through matriarchal values and body-based psychology. Stories, education, and programs are available in our menu.
Patriarchy leaves an imprint on abuse and trauma, complicating the healing process. Matriarchal healing is the combination of trauma-informed methods and Mother Nature’s laws of living to restore our instinctual balance between protection and nurturing, attachment and authenticity.
